These guitars are a rare find these days especially in factory original condition.

The goldtop on this example is exquisite with its deep dish carve and certainly reflects the classic gold tint that is adored and apparent on the ’54 and ‘57 Les Pauls of yesteryear.

This guitar is all original with no modifications or repairs whatsoever and has only minor play wear and checking to the nitro finish on the neck and to the top of the guitar.

The Bill Lawrence humbuckers sound fantastic and the guitar (weighing in at a nice 4.3kg) is extremely resonant when played unplugged and sounds incredible when played through a nice tube amplifier.

The neck is a very comfortable C shape that fills the hand as you approach the 12th fret.
