This stunning example was purchased by its original (and only) owner from Selmer’s in early 1971 (Selmer purchase guarantee included). Other than a replaced nut this guitar is 100% factory original with no repairs or mods and has to be the cleanest example currently on the market, providing its new owner with the invaluable experience of purchasing a factory fresh 1971 Gibson Les Paul without the aid of a time machine.

The guitar is fairly lightweight at 4.2kg and its (non-chambered) body resonates beautifully when unplugged and sounds incredible when plugged into a nice tube amplifier.

The neck is a really nice ‘C‘ shape profile that plays effortlessly. The original frets are showing no sign of wear and have never been altered since they left the factory.

The guitar is currently setup to perfection.

Comes with its original brown gator case that was supplied with the guitar when it was originally purchased from Selmer’s, along with hangtags and original Selmer purchase guarantee.
